Tubo.ph is designed for manpower agencies so they can efficiently collect, consolidate and reconcile time logs of their managed employees alongside multiple clients. It can also be used by SMEs with WFH, on-site and field work schedules.
Tubo provides a real-time timekeeping feature that allows employees to log their time in and out directly from their mobile devices, ensuring accurate attendance records even offline.
Tubo is compatible with a wide range of devices. You can use Tubo on smartphones, tablets, and desktops, ensuring flexibility whether you’re using Android, iOS, or accessing the platform via a web browser.
Tubo employs robust security measures, including encryption of data to protect sensitive information such as employee details, time logs, and geolocation/geotagging data from unauthorized addresses.

Yes, Tubo has a geolocation/geotagging feature that ensures employees are at the correct location upon clocking in and out to provide added accuracy for attendance management.

Yes, employees can check their schedules which are displayed in the Tubo dashboard.

If an employee loses their device, they should promptly report it to their manager or the Tubo Support Team. The IT team can remotely log the user out of all sessions and reset their credentials to prevent any unauthorized access.
Can Tubo track employee locations?

How to sign-up in Tubo?
The super admin needs to provide the agency details, address, full name, mobile number and email address. Please take note to use a separate email address and mobile number during the sign-up stage.

  • Internal Employees – these are the organic employees

  • Managed Employees – these are the managed employees of the agency

  • External Employees – these are the clients of the agency

No, being the super admin does not automatically make you an employee. You will need to be manually added to the system with a separate email address and mobile number to create your employee profile.
What is Timekeeper?

Timekeeper serves as a centralized attendance hub, permanently stationed at your worksite for all staff to time in and time out.

Missed logs can be corrected by filing an attendance appeal in the app, which your manager can then review and approve the request to fix your hours.

Timekeeper verifies employee attendance by using a combination of mobile number lookup and face recognition. Employees are enrolled by scanning their faces, so only the recorded face linked to their credentials can successfully time in or time out, preventing unauthorized use.

Employees can still time in and time out even without an internet connection. However, to update the records in the central database, the device will need to connect to the internet and sync the data.

What is Pay Salary?

Pay Salary is a fast, reliable salary disbursement platform in the Philippines that streamlines the processing and release of employee salary. It allows employers to manage payroll related tasks such as salary disbursement, tracking and reporting in a secure and organized manner.

Pay Salary is designed for companies and organizations that need a reliable system to manage employee payroll. It can be used by businesses of different sizes, including SMEs and enterprises, to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.

Pay Salary allows companies to process employee salaries by preparing payroll records and releasing salaries through the system. Once payroll details are finalized, salaries can be disbursed to employees securely, with records saved for tracking and reporting.

Employees can confirm that their salaries have been processed and received. Detailed payroll records and salary histories are accessible only to authorized personnel to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.

Pay Salary has three main roles to ensure accurate and secure payroll processing:

  • Maker: Creates the payroll transaction.

  • Checker: Reviews the transaction to ensure all details are correct.

  • Approver: Approves the transaction after it has been checked, finalizing the salary release.

This role system ensures accountability and reduces errors in payroll processing.
