Timekeeper serves as a centralized attendance hub, permanently stationed at your worksite for all staff to time in and time out.
What happens if an employee forgets to time in or time out?
Missed logs can be corrected by filing an attendance appeal in the app, which your manager can then review and approve the request to fix your hours.
How does Timekeeper verify employee attendance?
Timekeeper verifies employee attendance by using a combination of mobile number lookup and face recognition. Employees are enrolled by scanning their faces, so only the recorded face linked to their credentials can successfully time in or time out, preventing unauthorized use.
Does Timekeeper work without internet connection?
Employees can still time in and time out even without an internet connection. However, to update the records in the central database, the device will need to connect to the internet and sync the data.
